• You get a solution for multi-channel communication: 3CX not only includes telephony, but also chat communication via WhatsApp, Facebook, LiveChat via your website and SMS. You can manage all customer communication centrally in 1 system.
• Save time and money by clicking on a telephone number on a web page to call it directly: click-to-call. You can also link your CRM package to 3CX to automatically open customer data.
• Simplify communication with colleagues and customers by using the built-in and free videoconferencing function. You can also share your screen.
• No more frustration about stuttering calls or IP phones that don’t register properly. Special software from 3CX ensures a secure and interference-free connection to your 3CX PBX in our cloud.
• Recorded calls can be easily retrieved through the transcriptions that are made via AI. This saves a lot of time because you no longer have to listen to the call recordings.

With our hosted 3CX subscription we deliver a total solution with monthly support included. Each package has at least 1 telephone number included and outgoing and incoming calls can be made immediately after delivery. Our packages are based on the maximum number of simultaneous calls you expect for incoming, outgoing and internal calls. Apart from this, you are free to create as many users as you want.
